Even If I 'm fun of technology in today's classroom, teachers are pressed to make every minute count. If the teacher and students are not experienced with technology in the classroom, valuable time is often wasted on technical troubles. In addition, the teacher faces the difficulty of having a class full of students who are all at different skill levels. In some schools, most students will have a computer and Internet access, but schools that are located in impoverished areas may have a large portion of their student body with little to no computer experience. While it is important to educate these children in technology, it must be done at a pace that meets every individual's needs or more learning time will be wasted.

  1. I strongly agree with you when you say that every teacher should be well trained and should check whether the school he teaches at provides the use of technology in class because then everything would result in failure. There is no point in using multimedia in class if it not productive for the pupils.

You have mentioned some greatest points because sometimes it is not on teachers hand to use technology.Anyway, schools must be equipped in order to give teachers the chance to use multimedia elements in our traditional classrooms. Technology helps our learners to develop other aspects apart from learning the new lesson.
Good Luck in the final project

  4. Hi Aurora ! I like your point of view as belongs to technology tools used in class. The points you have mentioned are very realistic because even though using technology in the classroom might have its advantages and its disadvantages too. Not always things goes as they are planed. If using technology might fail than probably even the lesson hour might fail.

But , It was also the most important step for our final presentation . Now I am clear about the goals , student needs , setting and activities that I am going to use .Although I as student have faced difficulties in learning idioms , I strongly believe that my students will learn idioms in a easier way . My topic for this project is "FOOD IDIOMS " and I am going to teach food idioms at students that have achieved intermediate level .

Week 10

Hello everyone ! I want to share something with you . Read it :)  “By three methods we may learn wisdom: First, by reflection, which is noblest; Second, by imitation, which is easiest; and third by experience, which is the bitterest.” – Confucius It is easy for teachers to spend so much time and energy focused on their students’ progress that they forget to consider their own performance. Self reflection can be a valuable tool that helps make you aware of how you are teaching, which in turn makes you a better teacher. Teaching without reflection is teaching blind – without any knowledge of effectiveness. It can be difficult and time consuming for teachers to scrutinize their performance, but like any other occupation it is essential for improvement. Asking deliberate questions, reflecting on the answers, then implementing changes on how you approach your teaching based on your reflection  differentiates decent teachers from great teachers.
